Hello Hello Lovelies,
I have been on-off away these past few days, logging in during the commute to read posts and comments. I am drowning in work and in crisis solving mode and haven’t had a breather this week with loads of ISSUES in the way to the new launch of products for my brand MOKSHA. (Check out the first part of the new launches). ISSUES – Monsoons set in and I didn’t account for that causing delays in shipment of products – so that happened. Then a shipment did come on time but is stuck with the courier company cause the vendor hadn’t cleared some previous dues and the main vendor man is travelling and can’t be reached. So basically- I am going CRAZY! *sigh*
But I am also enjoying the beautiful monsoons that provided an interim relief from the crazy that is Delhi summer! I honestly feel like forgetting about work and going cycling around the beautiful green parts of Delhi.
A lot of things are slowly opening up across India and while I am glad that things are returning back to normal – I am also worried that the next wave of COVID is going to set in soon. 😦 But in hopeful news I get my second jab in 10 days and that would mean A HUGE relief considering I go to office every day and feel kind of exposed. (If you aren’t already, get vaccinated ASAP!)

I’m glad that you’re 10 days close to being fully vaccinated. I’m partially vaccinated too. I hope that the third wave doesn’t hit us extremely hard. I’m glad that your launch went well.

Launch just happened – it got delayed because of SO many problems. Being a small business owner is hard. 😥

Good luck with the business. Hope the whole Covid thing remains low in India. Everything is opening up in the UK from Monday too – still best to be cautious for the time being. 🙂

Definitely! I already see a lot of people being careless in India and it amazes me – especially after the crazy second wave that we just got through.
I guess people just don’t learn.

Always love hearing from you and hearing your thoughts, no matter the topic! Yes, fully vaccinated now and I’m sooooo glad u will be too as well! I’m kinda lame this weekend and have no plans other than dinner with my partner and his friend. I’ve met him once and he’s really nice, so it’ll just be the three of us. Then prob working on usual creative projects, art, blog, pod, grocery shopping, talking on the phone, ha! Sorry I’m lame, but you asked ha!

I literally can’t wait to be fully vaccinated. I have developed so much anxiety after the second wave in India – so literally counting down the days. 😀

Sadly, we were kicked out from school yesterday cause some students caught Corona so now back to online classes. My weekend is probably going to be lazy, watching In the Soop and working on blog posts. Glad to hear from you and congrats on your launch! It’ll all work out eventually ✨

I’m hoping for a lazy weekend, but we’ll see what happens! Fully vaccinated here, and so relieved to be. It’s nice to feel a little safer, and things have mostly reopened here, as well. People are still being careful, but I’ve been able to hug friends for the first time in ages, and we’ve been going to trivia nights and visiting out favorite shops again. All of it feels almost surreal, honestly. But I’m hoping things continue to get better! Glad to hear you’re getting your second shot!! 🙂 I hope you have a lovely weekend!

Aww, that sounds so nice. I haven’t been to a shop in a while now – I really want to go to the mall after I am vaccinated. 😀
I love lazy weekends too though I end up spending them with my entire family – our once in a week catch up session. 😀

Yay! Happy that you’re almost fully vaccinated 🙂. I was fully vaccinated a few weeks ago luckily, and where I live there aren’t as many cases. Crossing my fingers that it stays like this!

That is so great! 🙂 I can’t wait to be fully vaccinated. Things on the vaccination front have been super slow in India. I can’t believe that only 4% of the population is fully vaccinated as of now. *SIGH* I hope you have a great weekend! ❤
