I have had a crazy hectic week to the extent that I couldn’t plan a post for today. I’m literally typing this on the go. I’m beyond exhausted, a lil anxious and a lil excited… So what’s happening in my life this week?
1. My grandfather is finishing his treatment – My grandfather has been undergoing treatment for the past few weeks which gets over tomorrow. Please send good wishes for him that he makes a full recovery.
2. My brand is participating in it’s first BIG festival – I have a brand of sustainable products that I started last year. Starting tomorrow i.e. 24th June we are going to be exhibiting in this major festival tomorrow. I’m all kinds of nervous and also hopeful that we’ll do well. I really really hope this helps us get on the fast track growth wise. *Butterflies in my stomach* I’m literally dying of nervousness.
3. Some members of my family are down with COVID – The timing couldn’t have been worse since my grandpa’s immunity isn’t the best right now and I’m just super busy with the festival planning. (I have taken all precautions to ensure I’m not infected and I got my booster shot 2 weeks back.)
4. I hired my first full time employee – I’m really excited about this. She started last week and I’m hoping with her help, I’ll be able to grow my business faster this year. I’ve been spending time training her and hating my managerial skills. I had this amazing boss a few years back and I always thought that if I become a manager, I will be like him. But I feel like I have a long while to go before I get to his level.
I’m probably not going to be super active on the blogosphere till Monday. Please send good wishes my way. I really really need them. ❤️
