All I Want For Christmas Is…(Bloggers Reveal What They Want)

Christmas is almost upon us. As a grown-up, while we don’t believe in Santa granting wishes, we still have so many wishes. The wishes change from more materialistic ones to more emotional, psychological ones. I mean we aren’t completely unmaterialistic but as you get older, emotional wants outweigh the materialistic ones. So I decided to reach out to my blogger friends to see what they want this Christmas. Here is what they had to say –

Pooja from Lifesfinewhine says – “All I want for Christmas is peace and quiet.”

Jen from Bosssybabe says – “The parent in me wants all the sickness (covid, flu, cold symptoms) to be over… I am done with all that! The creator/writer in me wants an abundance of inspiration for the coming year because I have been feeling a bit low on motivation to write these days!”

Libby from The Goddess Attainable says – “All I want for Christmas is to find my person (who also happens to be a really good kisser)”

Juliette from Sunny Days with Juliette says – “All I want for Christmas is… a kinder world!”

Pete from Pete Springer says – “All I want for Christmas is to feel good again.” (Pete had been feeling under the weather at this point. Hope you are feeling better!)

Tamara from TAMARA KULISH says – “All I want for Christmas is… this may sound corny, but Peace! I wish for Peace, for nations at war, for political parties to become civil to each other, for communities to come together and be supportive of one another, for families to repair brokenness, for individuals to find peace within themselves. So many of the problems in our world stem from the pain and brokenness inside of people who them project their inner pains onto others. If I could suggest a place to start, it would be with working on inner peace. Sending hugs to anyone who needs it!”

And finally, me – “All I want for Christmas is… to feel like I’m enough. I’ve struggled with this all my life always feeling inadequate and falling short of loving myself. And after years, I had managed to get to a good place a few years back but this year has been tough on me and I find myself loving myself a lot lesser these days. I just want to be good enough for myself. I want to be at peace with myself.”

So what do you want for Christmas? A lot of our answers are deep but if you have something light to share – that is fine too. Drop your wishes in the comments and I promise to get Santa to read this post. 😀

Merry Christmas to you!

If you haven’t already, give my other recent posts a read before the year ends –

I’m with Jen from Bosssybabe. All I want for Christmas is for the flu to be over. My family was really sick earlier this month, and I had the worst laryngitis and bronchitis 😷 My cough is finally starting to go away.

I would love people to stop fighting. No more war in Ukraine, equal rights for women in Afghanistan, I could go on and on 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼.

All I wanted for Christmas was Christmas Eve Mass. We were supposed to finally have it this year, but I was sick last Sunday and it got cancelled. I showed up and no one was there. I am so disappointed I could cry.

I’m sorry that you missed Christmas Eve Mass. My husband is Catholic and I suggested we go to church tonight. I just got home from Christmas Eve Mass – we went to the 9pm Mass and I was surprised by how many ppl were there. I hope you still manage to have a good Christmas! 🎄🎁 ✨

Thank you for reaching out for this post! I completely agree with everyone else’s answers, and while there are a lot of materialistic things I’d love (a huge mansion, a villa by the sea, to name a few ahah), the unmaterialistic ones are definitely more important to me ☺️

  12. All I want for Christmas is regaining faith and trust, to feel good again (like Pete said), and peace in a sense like Tamara described.
