I love going out, travelling and seeing new places. But I also love just being home and enjoying my me time in my space. After getting my own place a few years back – I spent a lot of time doing it up to make it my happy place. I’ve recently moved back home – since I’m switching careers. My parents have already done up my room but I’ve tried to set up a corner for myself. These are photos of my space in my old house which I miss everyday:
I love doing up my space – personalizing it. Lights is a decor item I’m big on. There were even more lights on the other wall(not photographed). I love the photo wall – filled with inspiring quotes. How have you done up your space? Are you obsessed with lights as I am? I’ll post a photo of my new room some time in the future.

My space is super important so I totally get this. I like mood lighting too and lots of plants.

Decor of your space can do so much to improve your mood. I love plants too but in the past have found them hard to maintain.

It tough having to adjust moving back home after having your own place. Am not much for decorating my room, but for some odd reason it draw attention among the little kids(my nieces and nephew). It like a room of hidden mystery because it the one room they can’t go into unless my mom goes in. Other then that it a safe heaven for my dog when i go to work.
